Hello and welcome to IADT in Schaumburg, Illinois! We're glad you're visiting our website. The International Academy of Design and Technology is a growing, exciting Academy with program offerings in the arts of Fashion Design, Interior Design, Visual Communication, and Merchandising Management. Our campus opened in January of 2004 and has grown into a competitive, dynamic institution.

Schaumburg is a great community located 30 minutes from downtown Chicago. Our students enjoy the suburban life with close proximity to the famous Woodfield Shopping Center, the new Prairie Center for the Arts, student housing in apartments, with thousands of restaurants, cultural events, and a community environment.

Our campus offers Student Clubs, small class sizes, open lab times, and a student-centered environment. Our faculty and staff are dedicated to student success. Come and visit our design school near Chicago! You will like what you see.
